Garette is awesome! And let me say has amazing taste in music. He installed the door within I think it was 3 hours but it may have been less. He was respectful of my home and space and was very friendly and efficient. I have noticed the door closing issues, but it doesn't happen all the time. But I'm sure he will get it taken care of and it just might be the sensors because the door looks fantastic. Just like he said he didn't mess with the controls and everything else is working great! So thank you so much, and I highly recommend!
Excellent Service- Quick response time
I contacted Cheney (who installed the door 6 years ago) to have my single garage door looked at because of a popping noise when I opened it. The technician arrived on time and inspected the door. I recently had my house painted which included the garage doors. We discussed what I had heard and how the door opened initially. After inspecting everything, he concluded it was the paint sticking that caused the issue. Since they charge by the hour, he performed maintenance on both single and double garage doors. He was here the entire hour. I would definitely recommend them if you need garage doors or service on your existing garage doors.
